Terms & Conditions

These terms govern bookings made with MG Madeira Tours, a private tour operator based in Funchal, Madeira, Portugal.

A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp from MG Madeira Tours. The information you provide (date, number of guests, pickup location) must be accurate.

Prices are per tour, in Euros, and include the items listed on each tour page. Payment is made in cash at the end of the tour, or by bank transfer / payment link if agreed in advance.

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged in full.

We may cancel or reschedule a tour for safety reasons (weather, road conditions, force majeure). In that case you may reschedule free of charge or receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Please be ready at the agreed pickup time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, we may have to cancel the tour without refund.

Clients must follow the driver's safety instructions. We may refuse or terminate service to anyone whose behaviour endangers themselves, other guests or the driver, without refund.

MG Madeira Tours operates with the licences and insurance required by Portuguese law. We are not liable for personal items lost during the tour, nor for delays caused by traffic, weather or third parties.

We strongly recommend that all clients hold valid travel and health insurance covering activities on Madeira Island.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Funchal, Madeira.
