• Booking data: name, email, phone, number of guests, pickup location, tour date and any preferences you share with us.
• Communications: messages you send by email, WhatsApp or our forms.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited (via standard analytics).

• To process and confirm your booking.
• To contact you about your tour (changes, weather, pickup details).
• To improve our service and website.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations.

We process your data under the following legal bases: performance of a contract (your booking), legitimate interest (service improvement) and legal obligation (invoicing).

We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers strictly necessary to deliver our service (e.g. email hosting, payment processors) and where required by law.

Booking and invoicing data is retained for the period required by Portuguese tax law (currently 10 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
